Why Can’t I Withdraw from My Account?

 

If you are having trouble withdrawing fiat funds from your Wealth99 account, it is usually due to one of the following requirements not being met.

 

1. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is Required

To protect your account and ensure the security of your funds, you must have at least one form of 2FA activated to be able to withdraw funds. You can choose between:

  • SMS 2FA – Receive a verification code via text message.

  • Google Authenticator – Use the app to generate secure verification codes (recommended).

2. Additional Requirements for Wealth99 Global Users

If you are using Wealth99 Global, you must also complete the following before withdrawals can be processed:

  • Questionnaire Requirement – All Wealth99 Global clients must complete two questionnaires: the Investor Categorisation and Declaration, and the Knowledge Quiz. If you have not completed one or both of these, your ability to transact will be restricted until you do so. Please note that each assessment is valid for one year from the date of completion; after this period, you are required to retake it. You can learn more about this matter here and here.

     

  • Address verification – You must have completed and succeeded in your address verification. Instructions for verifying your Global account can be found here.


 

3. Crypto Withdrawals to Bank Accounts

If the withdraw button is active but no fiat balance appears available for withdrawal, please be aware that you cannot withdraw crypto directly to a bank account. If your account holds only crypto assets and no fiat balance, you must sell your crypto for fiat currency before initiating a bank withdrawal request.
