Global | How do I verify my account?
As a regulated company, we are required to identify the users of our platform. This is to ensure we comply with the relevant KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate. Check out why you need to verify your account.
At Wealth99 Global, verification is divided into two parts: Identity Verification and Address Verification.
Identity Verification
1. Log in to your Wealth99 Global account and click on the ‘Get Started’ button.
2. Click ‘Start Verification’ to begin the identity verification process.
3. Type in your occupation and click ‘Next’.
4. Select the purpose of your account and the source of your funds, then click ‘Next’.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully:
- Ensure you have your valid ID (passport or driver’s license) available.
- You will need a device with a working camera. We recommend using a mobile device.
- To avoid any issues during the verification, disable any VPN services before proceeding.
6. When you’re ready, click ‘Continue’, then click ‘Begin Verifying’.
7. Enter your full name, date of birth (DOB), then click ‘Continue’.
8. Select the country that issued your ID and click ‘Select’.
9. Choose which ID you wish to use (Driver’s License, Passport or National ID card).

10. Click the camera icon to take a picture of your ID using your camera.

Review the photo – retake it if it is unclear or click ‘Use this photo’ if it is clear.
11. Take a selfie as prompted. You will be prompted to look straight at the camera and then turn your head to each side. Make sure you are in a well-lit environment and remove glasses or hats.
12. Your identity verification is now in progress. We aim to complete this within 2 business days.
- You will receive an email informing you whether your profile has been approved or if there is an issue that needs to be addressed. Please check your junk mail folder.
Address Verification
1. Once your identity verification has been approved, the next step is to verify your address. Click 'Continue to: Address' to proceed.
2. Click 'Verify My Address'.
3. Click 'Submit Document'.
4. Select 'Begin Verifying'.
5. Choose the country where you currently live.
6. Start typing your residential address.
7. Review your address details and click 'Next'.
8. Choose 'Take a photo' to capture your proof of address using your webcam, or select 'Upload' to upload a document from your computer.
9. Review the image you’ve taken or uploaded. If the information isn’t clear, select 'Retake photo'. If everything looks correct, choose 'Use this photo'.
10. Your address verification is now complete, and your document is being reviewed. We aim to complete this within one business day. Click 'Close'.

Please note that you will not be able to receive, trade, or withdraw until your account verification is complete.

You will receive an email informing you if your profile has been approved or if there's an error that needs to be corrected. If you don't receive an email to confirm your successful verification or an error email within 1 day, please check your junk mail.
