To complete the verification of your account, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Wealth99 Australia account and click on the ‘Verify Identity’ button.
2. Click ‘Start Verification’ to begin the identity verification process.
3. Enter your occupation and click ‘Next’.
4. Select the purpose of your account and the source of your funds, then click ‘Next’.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully:
- Ensure you have your valid ID (passport or driver’s license) available.
- You will need a device with a working camera. We recommend using a mobile device.
- To avoid any issues during the verification, disable any VPN services before proceeding.
6. When you’re ready, click ‘Continue’, then click ‘Begin Verifying’.
7. Select your country of residence from the drop-down menu and click ‘Select’.
8. Enter your full name, date of birth (DOB), and address details, then click ‘Continue’.
9. Select the country that issued your ID and click ‘Select’.
10. Choose which ID you wish to use (Driver’s License or Passport).
11. Click the camera icon to take a picture of your ID using your camera.

Review the photo – retake it if it is unclear or click ‘Use this photo’ if it is clear.
12. Take a selfie as prompted. You will be prompted to look straight at the camera and then turn your head to each side. Make sure you are in a well-lit environment and remove glasses or hats.
13. Your identity verification is now in progress. We aim to complete this within 2 business days.
- You will receive an email informing you whether your profile has been approved or if there is an issue that needs to be addressed. Please check your junk mail folder.
14. After verifying your identity, make sure to activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS or Google Authenticator. For added security, we recommend enabling both options.
