1. Log in to Wealth99 Global Platform.
2. On the "Dashboard" page top, click on "Withdraw".
3. Choose EUR when selecting a wallet and click "Confirm".
4. To withdraw, you must register your bank account, to do so, please click on "Click here".
5. Type in your bank account information in the respective fields and click "Register Bank Account".
- Note that the bank account holder's name must be the same as the Wealth99 account holder's name.
6. Once your withdrawal destination has been successfully registered, you'll be able to proceed with the withdrawal.
7. Please confirm your bank account details, type in the amount you wish to withdraw, scroll down and click "Next".
- Minimum withdrawal amount €50
8. Double-check and confirm all transaction details.
9. Click "Withdraw EUR".
10. This will generate a two-step confirmation process:
- First, you’ll receive a code on your registered email address.
- Once you enter the code in the designated boxes, you’ll be required to Enter the 2FA code from the Google Authenticator application. If the 2FA hasn’t been activated through Google Authenticator, you’ll receive the code via SMS.
11. Your withdrawal request has been successfully confirmed and the transaction status is now 'Awaiting processing'. At this stage, your withdrawal request will be processed by our team into your bank account.

12. Once the withdrawal has been processed, it’ll change the status to 'Succeeded'.
IMPORTANT
- If you wish to withdraw less than €50, please submit a request.
- Please note that a bank handling fee of €1 will be deducted from your withdrawal request.

We can only process EUR withdrawals within the EU, international transfers are not supported.
