Having Issues Logging in to your Account?
If you are having trouble accessing your Wealth99 account, most issues can be resolved by following a few simple verification steps. Please work through the checklist below to restore access to your account.
1. “Invalid Credentials” Message After Entering Your Password
The Invalid Credentials error message generally indicates that the email or password entered does not match our records. However, this can also occur due to technical overlaps. Please ensure the following:
-
Check Your Details: Verify that you are using the exact email address associated with your account and that your password is correct (remember that passwords are case-sensitive). If you no longer recall your password, you can reset it with a few simple steps.
-
Try an Incognito/Private Window: A quick way to test if your browser is the issue is to open a New Incognito Window (Chrome/Edge) or Private Window (Safari/Firefox). If you can log in here, it confirms that your main browser's stored data is causing the error.
-
Clear Browser Cache & Cookies: If the Incognito window worked, you should clear your main browser's cache and cookies. Even if your email and password are correct, an "Invalid Credentials" message can be triggered by outdated data.
- Clear cache and cookies for Chrome: see instructions here.
- Clear cache and cookies for Safari: see instructions here.
- Clear cache and cookies for Firefox: see instructions here.
- Clear cache and cookies for Microsoft Edge: see instructions here.
2. "Please Log in At" Message After Entering Your Password
Wealth99 operates on dedicated regional platforms to ensure compliance and security for all users. To access your account, you must log in through the portal specific to your registration:
-
Wealth99 Australia: For Australian residents and accounts registered under the AU entity, log in here.
-
Wealth99 Global: For all international clients and accounts registered outside of Australia, log in here.
3. “Invalid Credentials” Message After Entering the 2FA Code
If the "Invalid Credentials" or "Error" message appears after you have entered your 6-digit Google Authenticator code, it typically points to a synchronisation issue:
Google Authenticator codes are time-sensitive. If your phone’s internal clock is even slightly out of sync with our servers, the code will be rejected.
