Why am I not getting my password reset email?

If you have submitted a reset password request but have not received the reset password link for your account, then it is possible that it is being blocked by your email settings, or by a security filter.

 

To solve this, there are a few options that you can try:

  1. Check out the spam folder.
  2. Make sure the email address you've entered matches your Wealth99 account.
  3. Add no-reply@wealth99.com and hello@wealth99.com. to your contact list. Then try to resend the password reset link. 
  4. Try using a different browser or try clearing your browser's cookies and cache. Then resend the password reset link.
