Where can I find the QR code to enable the 2FA?

The QR code is only displayed when Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is first being activated on your account.

If you have already completed the setup, the QR code will no longer be visible because your authenticator app is already linked to your account.

In most cases, clients looking for the QR code already have 2FA enabled and do not need to scan it again.

How do I check if 2FA is enabled?

You can confirm this directly in your Wealth99 account:

1. Log in to your Wealth99 account.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Select Security.

4. Check whether 2FA via Google Authenticator is toggled on. If it is on, 2FA is enabled.

If 2FA is not enabled, you will see an option to start the setup process, and a QR code will be displayed.

I already have 2FA enabled, but I need a code

If 2FA is enabled, the verification codes are generated inside the Google Authenticator app on the device originally used during setup.

Open the Google Authenticator app and look for the Wealth99 account entry. A 6-digit code will be displayed and refreshed every 30 seconds automatically.

I changed phones, lost access to Google Authenticator, or did not complete setup correctly.

In this case, we can disable 2FA on your account so that you can set it up again correctly. Please submit a request here to have 2FA disabled, and let us know whether you still have your backup code. For security reasons, we may need to complete additional verification steps before we can restore your access.
