What do I do if I don't receive my account activation link?


  • Sometimes, our emails end up in our user's junk/spam folders. So if you didn't receive the activation link in your primary inbox, please check your spam folder.
  • Our account activation links time out after a couple of days. If you click through the activation link when the link has expired, you will land on a page that says "Invalid Signature".


If this happens, you can request a new activation link on the Login page, enter your registered email address and we’ll send you a new link.
