1. Once logged in to your account, click on "Menu" at the bottom and go to "Withdrawal".
2. Click on the 'Select a wallet' drop-down, choose "Australian Dollar (AUD)" and click "Next".
3. In order to withdraw, you must register your bank account. Type in your bank account information in the respective fields - Note that the bank account holder's name must be the same as the Wealth99 account holder's name.
4. Click "Next" to proceed.
5. Type in the amount you wish to withdraw and click "Next".
6. Read carefully the risk warning notification and click “Continue”.
7. This will generate a two-step confirmation process:
- First, you’ll receive a code on your registered email address.

Once you enter the code in the designated boxes, you’ll be required to Enter the 2FA code from the Google Authenticator application. If the 2FA hasn’t been activated through Google Authenticator, you’ll receive the code via SMS.
8. Once confirmed, the transaction will have the status “Awaiting processing”.
9. Your withdrawal request will then be processed by our Accounts team into your bank account.

10. Once the withdrawal has been processed, it’ll change the status to “Succeeded”.
