Understanding Crypto and Fiat Withdrawals at Wealth99

Wealth99 offers a few key methods for withdrawing or transferring funds. This guide clarifies the differences between crypto and fiat withdrawals.

Crypto Withdrawals

A crypto withdrawal refers to the process of transferring cryptocurrency from your Wealth99 account to an external wallet or exchange. This allows you to move your digital assets outside of the Wealth99 platform for storage, trading, or other transactions on the blockchain.

  • UK/EU/AU clients: Withdrawals of cryptocurrency to external wallets or exchanges are no longer available for Wealth99 clients in these regions. However, Dacxi Coin withdrawals remain accessible.

  • Non-UK/EU/AU clients: If you are located outside of the UK, EU, and AU, please refer to the linked article for more information. Should you need assistance with your withdrawals, feel free to reach out to our customer support team here for guidance.

Fiat Withdrawals

A fiat withdrawal is the process of transferring traditional currency (e.g., AUD, GBP, EUR) from your Wealth99 account to your bank account. To make a withdrawal, you must have a fiat balance available in your account.

Important: Cryptocurrencies cannot be withdrawn directly to a bank account. If your account holds only crypto and you want to transfer funds to your bank, you must first convert your cryptocurrency into fiat currency (e.g., AUD, GBP) before requesting a fiat withdrawal.
