Why does Wealth99 require additional information from me?
Starting from August 1, 2024, you will be asked to fill out the questionnaires when you log into your account. Just click on 'Provide Information Now' to access the questionnaires.
Alternatively, you can access them by going to the 'Account' page and selecting the 'Classification and Knowledge' section.
What happens if I fail to complete one of them?
The 'Investor Categorisation and Declaration' questionnaire is for informational purposes only, so there is no risk of failing. If you do not answer all questions correctly on the 'Knowledge Quiz,' you will be given one additional attempt. If you do not succeed in both attempts, you will need to wait 24 hours before trying again. Note that you must answer all of the questions in the knowledge-based quiz correctly to demonstrate you have the knowledge required for our products and services to be suitable for you.
How can I update the information in the Investor Categorisation and Declaration?
To update the information you provided in the 'Investor Categorisation and Declaration' questionnaire, please submit a request to our team here. We will reset your questionnaire, allowing you to complete it again. Please note that if you request a reset, your account will be restricted until the questionnaire is completed.
How frequently should I complete these questionnaires?
Both questionnaires are valid for 1 year (360 days) from the date of correct completion. You will be prompted to re-complete the questionnaires when you log in a month before they expire. If the questionnaires expire before you answer them, your account will be restricted until completion.
What if I don't complete the questionnaires?
Answering these questions is a mandatory requirement for all clients who use our Global platform. If you have not answered the questions by 1/10/2024 then your account will be restricted (in terms of its functionality) until you do so. While you will still have access to your assets, you will be unable to trade, transfer, or withdraw until the requirements are met.
