If you are eligible, you will have the opportunity to connect with a specialist. If not, the system will inform you, and you can revisit your eligibility status as your portfolio grows.

 

What happens if my portfolio fluctuates and falls below AU$5,000 after I’ve been connected to a specialist?

Once assigned a Wealth99 Specialist, your connection remains secure, regardless of fluctuations in your portfolio value. Even if your portfolio falls below AU$ 5,000, you’ll still have access to your specialist and their support. This ensures you receive consistent guidance, no matter the market conditions.

 

Can I switch specialists in the future if needed?

Yes, you can change specialists if your current assignment does not align with your needs or expectations. The process is straightforward: once you select a new specialist and submit your request, the change will be finalised upon their acceptance.

 

Which platform offers access to Wealth99 Specialists?

Currently, only accounts registered with Wealth99 Australia are eligible to connect with a Specialist. Wealth99 Global is not available at this time.
