Report: Detailed overview of the XLSX version

 

In the XLSX version, the report is sectioned into three sheets: 


1. Information sheet

2. Balance summary sheet

3. Operations history sheet

 

The Report Information Sheet

Like the PDF version, this tab includes all basic details relating to the client’s account, such as their full name, account email, reporting period date, and report generation date. 

 

The Balance Summary Sheet

Provides a snapshot of the user’s wallet. It includes seven columns:

    • Coin: The given asset.
    • Balance Before: The coin balance before.
    • Rate (Fiat): The coin price in the configured fiat currency (i.e. AUD).
    • Total Before (Fiat): The balance before converted into the configured currency (i.e. AUD).
    • Balance After: The coin balance after.
    • Rate (Fiat): The coin price in the configured fiat currency (i.e. AUD).
    • Total After (Fiat): The balance after converted into the configured currency (i.e. AUD).

 

The Operations History Sheet

This section details all user activities during the reporting period, sorted by date in descending order. Including 11 columns: 

    • Date: The date of the event.
    • Type: The type of operation performed (deposit, withdrawal, etc).
    • Debit: The amount deducted from the account after the event has taken place (e.g. after selling an asset, withdrawing fiat money, sending crypto from another account holder). 
    • Debit Currency: The currency the asset was debited in (e.g. if a client withdrew Australian dollars, the currency would be AUD).
    • Credit: The amount added to the account after the event has taken place (e.g. after purchasing an asset, depositing fiat money, or receiving crypto from another account holder). 
    • Credit Currency: The currency the asset was credited in (e.g. if a client purchased Bitcoin, the currency would be BTC).
    • Fee: Any fees incurred during the event.
    • Fee Currency: The currency the fee is debited in (e.g. if the client purchased BTC, the fee would be in BTC).
    • Rate Base Currency: The currency the rate is based on.
    • Rate (Fiat): The currency price in the configured currency (i.e. AUD).
    • Notes: Any relevant information, including the source of the transaction.
