Report: Detailed overview of the PDF version

 

In the PDF version, the body of the report includes up to seven sections:


1. A Balance summary of the client’s portfolio

2. Membership fee history

3. Withdrawal history

4. Deposit history

5. Transaction history

6. Bonus history (inclusive of any bonus/rewards credited to the client over the selected period)

7. Gifting history (received and sent)

Values are presented in the currency chosen under 'Settings', and defaulted to your local currency. For example, if your client is a member of the Australian exchange, the values will be given in AUD.

 

 

The balance summary 

This section offers a concise snapshot of the user’s wallet information at the time the report is generated. It features four columns:

    • Coin: The referenced currency.
    • Coin Balance: The actual amount of assets in the account.
    • Rate: The given rate for calculation of each total, set at the conclusion of the reporting period.
    • Total: The currency converted to the configured currency.
    • Total volume: the sum total of all operations, in the local currency. 

 

Transaction history

This section details all client trades throughout the given quarter/year. Each line represents an operation, highlighting five columns:

    • Date: the date of the event. 
    • Credit: the amount credited to the client account for the transaction. 
    • Debit: any value debited to the user's account (e.g. the amount the client purchased the asset for).
    • Fee: all fees linked to the transaction, paid in the received currency.
    • Comment: additional details on the operation source and the rate (in the configured currency) used for calculation. E.g. for a bundle purchase, the type of bundle is given.
    • At the bottom, the calculated total volume in the configured currency is given.

 

Deposit history:

For every deposit linked to the client during the quarter/year, this section includes four columns of information:
    • Date: the date of the deposit.
    • Credit: any amount credited to the client’s account.
    • Fee: any fees associated with the transaction, paid in the receiving currency.
    • Comment: includes the rate (in the configured currency) used for calculation.
    • Total volume: the sum total of all operations, in the local currency. 

 

Withdrawal history:

Like the deposits section, all data associated with any withdrawals are summarised in four distinct columns:
    • Date: the date of the withdrawal. 
    • Debit: the amount withdrawn.
    • Fee: any fees associated with the transaction.
    • Comment: relevant information on the operation, including the price of the asset at the time of the event.  
    • Total volume: the sum total of all operations, in the local currency. 

 

FUA fee summary:

This section includes all FUA Fee charges during the given period. Each line corresponds to a fee and includes:
    • Date: the date the fee was charged. 
    • Debit: any amount debited from the user's account.
    • Comment: any relevant data on this operation, including the price of the asset charged in the local currency (AUD).
    • Total volume: the sum total of all operations, in the local currency. 

 

Bonus history:

This section summarises all bonuses or rewards paid during the given period. Each line includes three columns:
    • Date: the date the bonus was paid.
    • Credit: the amount and asset credited to the client’s account.
    • Comment: Information on the bonus source and the value, in the local currency (e.g. AUD). 
    • Total volume: the sum total of all operations, in the local currency.

 

Gifting history:

This section details any gifts received or given throughout the period, including five columns:
    • Date: the date the gift was given or received 
    • Credit: any amount credited to the client’s account.
    • Debit: any amount debited from the account.
    • Fee: all fees associated with each transaction.
    • Comment: any relevant information relating to the transaction. 
    • Total volume: the net total in the local currency (e.g. AUD), calculated by subtracting the debited amount from the credited.
