Report: Detailed overview of the PDF version

 

In the PDF version, the body of the report includes up to eight sections:

 

  1. Closing Balance Summary
  2. Opening Balance Summary
  3. Deposit history
  4. Withdrawal history
  5. Transaction history
  6. Membership fee Summary
  7. Bonus history 
  8. Gift history

 

Values are presented in the currency configured under 'Settings', and defaulted to your local currency. For example, if your client is a member of the Australian exchange, the values will be given in AUD (the configured currency).

 

The Closing and Opening Balance Summaries 

These sections offer a concise snapshot of the user’s wallet information at the end and the beginning of the reporting period. It features four columns:

    • Asset: The referenced currency.
    • Coin Balance: The asset amount.
    • Rate (Fiat): The asset price in the configured currency (e.g., AUD).
    • Value (Fiat): The asset value in the configured currency (e.g., AUD).

 

Deposit History:

For every deposit linked to the client during the quarter/year, this section includes eight columns of information:

    • Date: The deposit date.
    • Asset: The deposit currency.
    • Amount: The deposit amount.
    • Fee: Any fees associated with the transaction, paid in the receiving currency.
    • Total (Excl. Fees): The deposit amount, excluding fees.
    • Total (Fiat): The deposit amount converted into the configured currency (e.g., AUD), excluding fees.
    • Rates (Fiat): The asset price in the configured currency (e.g., AUD).
    • Notes: Additional details on the transaction.

 

Withdrawal History:

Like the deposits section, all data associated with any withdrawals are summarised in eight distinct columns:

    • Date: The withdrawal date.
    • Asset: The withdrawal currency.
    • Amount: The withdrawal amount.
    • Fee: Any fees associated with the transaction, paid in the withdrawal currency.
    • Total (Incl. Fees): The withdrawal amount, including fees.
    • Total (Fiat): The withdrawal amount converted into the configured currency (e.g., AUD), including fees.
    • Rates (Fiat): The asset price in the configured currency (e.g., AUD).
    • Notes: Additional details on the transaction.

 

Transaction History

This section details all client trades throughout the given quarter/year. Each line represents an operation, highlighting eleven columns:

    • Date: The transaction date.
    • Type: The transaction type (e.g., buy, sell, etc.).
    • Asset: The referenced currency.
    • Amount: The transaction amount.
    • Trading Fees (crypto): Transaction fees in crypto, in the receiving currency.
    • Net Amount: Transaction amount, excluding trading fees.
    • Rates: The asset price in the configured currency (e.g., AUD).
    • Fiat/USDT: Configured currency.
    • Amount (excl. Trading Fees): Transaction amount converted into the configured currency (e.g., AUD), excluding trading fees.
    • Trading Fees (Fiat/USDT): Transaction fees in Fiat/USDT.
    • Net Amount (incl.Trading Fees): Transaction amount converted into the configured currency (e.g., AUD), including trading fees. 

 

Membership Fee Summary

This section includes all Membership Fee charges during the given period. Each line corresponds to a fee and includes:

    • Date: The date the fee was deducted.
    • Asset: The currency in which the fee was deducted.
    • Amount: The fee amount.
    • Amount (Fiat): The fee amount converted into the configured currency (e.g., AUD).
    • Rates (Fiat): The asset price in the configured currency (e.g., AUD).
