The picture must be of legible quality. - Invalid document type

The document you submitted is out of date. Documents must be within the expiry date. - Unsupported language
The language of the document you submitted is not supported by our system. Please resubmit a document in the occidental alphabet.
Proof of Address
- Incomplete document
Documents must be shown in full-page view (all corners must be visible). - Unreadable document
The picture must be of legible quality. - Invalid document type

The proof of address must have been issued in the last 6 months. - Name mismatch
The name on the proof of address must be exactly as the ID submitted. - Unsupported language
The proof of address must be in the occidental alphabet.
