Why was my account verification declined?

 

If your documents have been rejected, check out the possible reasons why:

 

Proof of Identity

  • Incomplete document
    Documents must be shown in full-page view (all corners must be visible).
  • Unreadable document
    The picture must be of legible quality.
  • Invalid document type
    See the acceptable documents below:
       - Passport
       - Drivers license
       - Government-issued ID (Only acceptable for Wealth99 Global)
  • Expired document
    The document you submitted is out of date. Documents must be within the expiry date.
  • Unsupported language
    The language of the document you submitted is not supported by our system. Please resubmit a document in the occidental alphabet. 

 

Proof of Address

  • Incomplete document
    Documents must be shown in full-page view (all corners must be visible).
  • Unreadable document
    The picture must be of legible quality.
  • Invalid document type
    See the acceptable documents for proof of address below:
       - Utility bills
       - Rates notices
       - Taxation receipt
       - Bank account statement
       - Rental agreement
  • Expired document
    The proof of address must have been issued in the last 6 months.
  • Name mismatch
    The name on the proof of address must be exactly as the ID submitted. 
  • Unsupported language
    The proof of address must be in the occidental alphabet.
