Reference Code: Why It matters and what to do if you forget it

Why Is the Reference Code Important for Fiat Deposits?

Including your reference code is vital for the accurate and timely processing of your fiat deposit. Here’s why it’s important:

  1. Unique Identifier

The reference code serves as a unique identifier linked specifically to your account. When you include this code with your deposit, it enables our system to identify and allocate the funds to your account correctly.

  2. Efficient Processing

By including the reference code, you help streamline the processing of your deposit. This ensures that your funds are allocated to your wallet within our standard timeframe of 1 business day.

  3. Avoid Delays

Failure to include the reference code with your deposits may result in processing delays. This code plays a critical role in our system by accurately linking your funds to the correct account, ultimately reducing the risk of any potential holdups.

How do I find and use my reference code?
