I am not receiving emails from Wealth99 - what do I do?



Wealth99 regularly sends out updates and special offer emails to our customers and partners.


Exchange emails

We also send emails triggered by actions in your Exchange Account, when you log in or request a withdrawal, for example.



  • Confirm you're receiving emails from other sources - your email inbox may be full.
  • Check your junk mail/trash to see if our emails have gone there. 
  • Add us to your safe sender's list in your email account: no-reply@wealth99.com
     and hello@wealth99.com.

If you've added us to your safe sender's list and you're still not receiving our emails, submit a request so we can investigate what may be the issue.
