How to Use Wealth99 FinPro as a Financial Professional

What is Wealth99 FinPro?

Wealth99's FinPro feature is designed to streamline collaboration with your clients, making working together effortless and allowing you to provide a more effective service. This tool allows you to seamlessly access your client’s transaction data while ensuring the privacy of their personal information.

What is a FinPro?

Wealth99 defines Financial Professional (FinPro) as a qualified and licensed expert, such as registered accountants, SMSF administrators, and financial planners or advisors, dedicated to assisting individuals and organisations in achieving their financial goals. We only accept FinPros who meet this criteria, to ensure the security of our clients' financial data.

How do I get started?

  1. To get started, please fill out this form. If you are signing up under a Wealth99 Specialist, please make sure to select him/her in the drop-down menu.
  2. Once we have approved your account and confirmed the credibility of the information provided, we will notify you via email. Please note that this process will take up to 2-3 working days.
  3. From here, you’ll be provided a temporary password to set up an account. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll need to create a new password, set up 2FA, and log in with your updated details.

Please note: Access to your dashboard is a separate login to the standard login for Wealth99 account holders. The link can be found here, as well as in the email sent to you.

How do I connect with a client?

If your client sends you an invite, you'll receive a notification and be connected to their account automatically. Alternatively, you can take the initiative by sending invitations to your clients. Once they accept your invitation, the connection will be established.

What if my client removes my access?

If a client removes your access to their account, we’ll notify you. If you believe this was a mistake, you can contact them directly to re-establish the access.
