How to Use Wealth99 FinPro as a Financial Professional
What is Wealth99 FinPro?
Wealth99 FinPro is a secure feature designed to simplify collaboration between you and your clients. It provides read-only access to your client’s transaction data, allowing you to offer efficient, informed support — particularly for tax and SMSF reporting, without compromising their privacy. Personal account details remain fully protected, giving both you and your clients confidence in every interaction.
What is a FinPro?
At Wealth99, a FinPro (Financial Professional) is a qualified, licensed expert — such as a registered accountant, SMSF administrator, or financial adviser — who supports individuals and organisations in reaching their financial goals.
To protect the integrity and security of our clients’ financial data, we only work with FinPros who meet strict eligibility criteria.
How do I get started?
- To get started, please fill out this form. If you are signing up under a Wealth99 Specialist, please make sure to select him/her in the drop-down menu.
- Once we have approved your account and confirmed the credibility of the information provided, we will notify you via email. Please note that this process will take up to 2-3 working days.
- From here, you’ll be provided a temporary password to set up an account. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll need to create a new password, set up 2FA, and log in with your updated details.
Please note: Access to your dashboard is a separate login to the standard login for Wealth99 account holders. The link can be found here, as well as in the email sent to you.
How do I connect with a client?
You can connect with a client in two ways:
- If your client sends you an invitation, you’ll receive a notification and be automatically connected to their account.
- Alternatively, you can invite clients directly. Once they accept, the connection will be established.
From there, you’ll be able to set up an API key integration, giving you read-only access to their transaction data. You can also use this connection to streamline reporting through our network of trusted tax partners.
What if my client removes my access?
If a client removes your access to their account, we’ll notify you. If you believe this was a mistake, you can contact them directly to re-establish the access.
