How to manage clients and invites on the FinPro Dashboard

 

Within the FinPro Dashboard, you can efficiently oversee your client base, send invitations to new clients, track invitation statuses, and effortlessly download detailed quarterly reports.

 

How do I invite a new client?

1. Log in to the FinPro Portal.
2. Click on the "Invite Clients" button located in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard.

3. Fill out the client’s Wealth99 account email address and the client’s name

4. Click "Send".  

How-to-manage-clients-and-invites-on-the-FinPro-Dashboard---01-15. Your client will appear in your FinPro list, and the invite status will update to "Sent".

  • If the client already has an account on the Wealth99 Platform, they will promptly receive the invitation through email. 
  • If your client does not have an existing account with us, they will be prompted to create one. After completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, they must then accept your invitation under their FinPro tab.
  • Clients hold the autonomy to either accept or reject any invitations they receive. Should your invitation remain pending for an extended period, you can resend it via the dashboard.
  • If the invite has been accepted, you’ll be notified.

 

How do I remove a client?

1. Log in to the FinPro Portal.

2. Under FinPro clients, find the client you’d like to remove and click on “Details”.How-to-manage-clients-and-invites-on-the-FinPro-Dashboard---023. Select “Remove Client”.

5. Upon removal, both you and the client will receive email confirmation.

 

How do I track an invitation status?

1. Log in to the FinPro Portal.

2. On 'Select List', choose “Invites”.

3. All your invitations and their corresponding statuses will be displayed.
