How to Access and Generate Financial Reports

Tracking your account activity and preparing for tax periods is straightforward when your data is organised. This guide explains what's included, how to automate, locate, and download your comprehensive financial reports.

 


 

What is Included in Your Financial Report?

Each report serves as a complete summary of your financial activity during a specific quarter or financial year, containing the following details:

Description

Portfolio Snapshot

Your opening and closing portfolio balances for the period, including the estimated price on each date and the corresponding estimated market value.

Categorised Transactions

A detailed list of all account movements, divided into deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, trades and membership fees.

 


 

Enabling Automatic Reports

If you are setting up your financial reports for the first time, follow these steps to enable automatic delivery to your account:

  1. Log in and select Settings from the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on the Financial tab, then select Financial Reports.

  3. Click the Enable button, then click Confirm on the pop-up prompt.

Once this feature is enabled, all upcoming financial reports will be automatically delivered to this section at the end of each financial quarter and financial year. Any existing reports from previous periods will also be available here.

 


 

Finding and Downloading Reports

If you have already enabled this feature, or want to access the available historical data:

  1. Go to Settings > Financial > Financial Reports.

  2. Locate the specific year or quarter you require from the list.

  3. Select your preferred format (PDF or XLSX).

  4. Save the file directly to your device.
