Please see below the simple instructions on how to deactivate the 2FA if you still have access to the Google Authenticator application:
1. Once logged in, go to the “Settings” page on the left menu.
2. Select the "Security" tab.
3. Switch off the “Primary Two Factor: Google Authenticator”.
4. You will be asked to enter the Google Authenticator Code to confirm the deactivation.
5. Your 2FA is now deactivated.
IMPORTANT
Until the 2FA has been activated again, you’ll need to insert a code received as an SMS when logging in. Remember to remove the account on your Google Authenticator App. If you decide to activate 2FA again the Google Authenticator App will not use the same code as it did previously.
