How to connect with a Wealth99 Specialist

 

Once your average portfolio exceeds AU$ 5,000.00, you become eligible to connect with a Wealth99 Specialist. Adding a specialist to your account is simple and can be done in just a few steps:

 

1. Log in to your Wealth99 account.

2. In the left menu, select 'Account'.

3. Go to the 'My Specialist' tab.

4. Click on 'Contact us'.

5. You’ll be prompted to send us an email. In your message, simply include the phrase "I want to connect with a Specialist." Our team will then handle the process of matching you with the right specialist. We strive to process all requests within 2 business days.

6. After we've successfully established the connection, you'll receive a notification via email, introducing you to your specialist and providing the next steps for your personalised support journey.

 

Is there any eligibility requirement to connect with a Wealth99 Specialist?

Yes, only accounts registered with Wealth99 Australia are eligible to connect with a Specialist. Wealth99 Global is not available at this time. If your account does not meet the eligibility criteria, you can check back on your status as your portfolio grows.
