How do I withdraw GBP from my GBP wallet?

1. Navigate to the Wallet section from the left-hand menu.

2. Go to the 'Withdrawal' tab, where ‘British Pound’ will be selected by default.

3. If you haven’t registered a bank account for fiat withdrawals, you’ll be prompted to do so; if you’ve already added one, the existing bank details will be displayed. Confirm that the details are correct — the bank account holder's name must match your Wealth99 account name.

4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click 'Continue'.

5. Review all transaction details and click 'Confirm' to proceed.

6. This will trigger a two-step confirmation process:

  • First, a verification code will be sent to your registered email address.

  • After entering the email code in the designated field, you’ll be prompted to enter your 2FA code from the Google Authenticator app. If you haven’t set up Google Authenticator, the 2FA code will be sent via SMS.

Please note: if both Google Authenticator and SMS 2FA are enabled, only the Google Authenticator code can be used to confirm withdrawals.

If your Google Authenticator code is showing as invalid or incorrect, follow these steps to troubleshoot. If you still need assistance with your 2FA after trying these steps, please contact us here

7. After confirming the withdrawal, the status will change to ‘Awaiting processing’. Withdrawals are expected to be processed within 2 business days. Once processed, the status will update to ‘Succeeded'.
