1. Once logged in to your account, go to 'Quick Buy' on the left menu.
2. Under the 'Sell' tab, click on the 'Sell' drop-down and choose the coin or token you wish to sell.
3. Click on the 'Receive in' drop-down to choose which currency you'd like to receive in exchange for the sale.
4. Enter the amount you wish to sell and click 'Review Order'.
5. Double-check all order details, and when you're ready, click 'Confirm'.
