We expect transactions to take 5-30 minutes to be processed, depending on the coin. If your transaction takes longer, this could be due to a variety of factors, including:
- Network traffic. Occasionally the demand for transactions to be confirmed on the Bitcoin or Ethereum networks rises sharply. During these periods transactions can be delayed.
- Coin updates. When coins, their networks, or wallets undergo updates, transactions may be delayed. We may temporarily disable deposits and withdrawals during these periods.
