Proof of Identity
If there is an expiry date on the photo ID, it must be within that date.
- Passport
- Drivers license
- Government-issued ID
Proof of address
- It must contain your name and address.
- The address must match the address provided manually.
- It must not be older than 6 months.
- P.O. boxes are not accepted as proof of residence/address.
List of acceptable documents for proof of address
- Utility bills - Telephone bills (landline only), electricity, water, gas, internet bills, or rates notice.
- Taxation receipt - Name and address stated.
- Bank account statement (original).
- Rental agreement.
