Global | How do I verify my company, trust, or pension account?

 

Get Started

1. Log in to your Wealth99 Global account and click 'Verify'.

2. Under 'Account', click 'Get Started'.

Enter Entity Details

3. Provide the required information for your entity. This section is divided into three parts. Complete each section and click ‘Next’ to proceed.

  • Basic Details: Legal Entity Name, Company Number, Phone Number, and Website URL (for companies only).
  • Account Purpose: Purpose of the account and/or source of funds 
  • Registered Office Address and/or Principal Place of Business

Key Personnel Identification

4. As part of our KYC process, Wealth99 must collect information on all key personnel associated with the entity. Select the type of key personnel from the available options. Enter their name and email address.

  • If you need to add more people, click 'Add New Person' to display a new entry field.

5. Once all key personnel has been added, click 'Next'.

6. Choose from the dropdown menu to select the key personnel authorized to conduct business with Wealth99 on behalf of the entity. Click 'Complete'.

Verification of Key Personnel

Each key personnel will receive an email within 2–4 working days with the next steps for their verification. The email will come from no-reply@wealth99.com, so please ensure you check all inbox folders (including spam/junk). The verification process may involve a selfie check, and/or a digital signature.

  • Before You Begin: Make sure your device has a working camera and that any VPN is disabled to prevent technical issues. For the best experience, we recommend using a mobile device.

7. Click the blue button to begin.

Global-_-How-do-I-verify-my-company,-trust,-or-pension-account_---03-18. Selfie Check: Capture a photo of your ID and complete a live selfie verification using your device's camera. On-screen instructions will guide you through the process.

9. Document Signature (if required): Provide your digital signature and fill in the highlighted fields. Once all required sections are completed, click 'Finish' to submit.

Completion Confirmation:

Once your verification is complete, the button will turn green, indicating that your part of the process has been completed. If you were required to complete both the selfie check and the signature, please ensure that both steps have been completed.

After all key personnel have completed their steps, the submitted information will be reviewed. The responsible person for the entity will receive the final application result via email.
