Submit a Request: Click here to submit a deposit request. Make sure to specify which coin you would like to deposit.

Receive Wallet Address: Our team will provide the appropriate wallet address for your selected coin. Use this address to complete your deposit.

Provide Deposit Details: After making the deposit, please provide us with the following information to ensure accurate processing and allocation:
• Coin / Token: Specify which coin or token you deposited.
• Number of Coins / Tokens: Indicate the quantity of the coins / tokens deposited.
• Account Email Address: Provide your Wealth99 account email address.
• Sender Wallet Address: Include the wallet address from which you sent the coins.
• Transaction Hash: Share the transaction hash for verification. - Allocation and Processing time: Please allow at least 24 hours for the allocation of your deposit once we have received all necessary information. Our team will notify you once the process is complete.
IMPORTANT
- Each type of cryptocurrency has its own unique wallet address. This means that you cannot use the same address to deposit different coins. If you plan on making a new deposit with a different coin, please contact our team to get the appropriate wallet address for the coin of your preference.
- Please note that transactions on the blockchain are irreversible and final so double-check the amount and wallet address you’re withdrawing to. It's always best to copy and paste the wallet address to avoid errors.
