Account Closure Requirements and Process

If you are considering closing your account, we want to make the process as smooth and secure as possible. To ensure a successful closure, our team will guide you through the necessary steps and help manage any remaining details.

 


 

Preparing for Account Closure

Before submitting your request, please review the following steps of this process:

  1. Finalise Transactions: Ensure there are no open trades, pending withdrawals, or active deposits currently awaiting processing.

  2. Review Reports and Transaction History: Before your account closure is finalised, please download your trade history and tax reports for your records, as you will no longer be able to access the platform once your account is closed.
  3. Submit Request via Registered Email: To verify your identity and protect your account, please reach out to us via our Help Center here using your registered email address. Our team is here to guide you through the process.

  4. Account Review: Once you contact us, a team member will review your portfolio with you, address any remaining balances, and answer any final questions you may have.

  5. Finalisation: After the review is complete and all requirements are met, we will process the closure and send a final confirmation to your registered email.

 


 

Important Notes

  • Account closure is a permanent action. Please ensure you download your trade history and tax reports for your records before the process is finalised, as you will no longer have access to the platform once the account is closed, and this information won't be available.

  • We understand you may have small amounts of funds (often called "dust") that fall below the standard withdrawal or sell limits. If you have a balance that is too small to trade or withdraw, please let us know. Our team will review these balances with you and help facilitate your account closure.
