How do I change my phone number?

If you no longer have access to the phone number associated with your account, we can assist by removing the old phone number. To do so, please submit a request.

Our team will send you a link to complete a selfie verification process. This process consists of two steps in the following sequence:

• ID: Initially, you will be prompted to capture an image of your identification (passport, driver's license, or National ID card).
• Selfie: Once the ID image is captured, you will need to perform a live selfie verification using your device's camera. You will be instructed to look straight ahead and then turn to each side.

This procedure allows us to verify your identity and securely remove your old phone number, enabling you to register the new one.
