How do I change my phone number?

If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled via Google Authenticator, you can update your phone number directly from your account. If 2FA is not yet enabled, you will need to activate it before proceeding with the update.

If 2FA is enabled but you cannot access the Google Authenticator app or the codes aren’t working, our support team can assist. Instructions for each scenario are outlined below.

If 2FA is Enabled via Google Authenticator

Can't Access Google Authenticator or Your Codes?

If you’ve lost access to your Google Authenticator or your codes are not working, our support team can help by removing the phone number linked to your account. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Contact our support team here and submit a request.

  2. You’ll receive a secure link to complete our selfie verification process, which includes:

    • ID Verification: Take a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID.

    • Selfie Verification: Complete a live selfie using your device’s camera. Follow the on-screen instructions, which include facing forward and turning your head to each side.

This is a security step to verify your identity and protect your account. Once verified, we’ll remove the old phone number, allowing you to register a new one.
